I wasn’t made aware of a potential price drop because I removed my private number plate. This made a £1000 price difference which I was not made aware of.

At my first visit 3 days ago i was contacted and advised that my retention certificate would validate my registration. At the premises that staff contsct advicd was flawed. I received my log book so returned and updated my valuation. Did not honour the updated higher valuation at my second visit. Literally manipulated to receive the lower valuation losing about ,£150. You hand over your car and documents to then wait 4 days for full payment. Unless you want to lose more money. Very unhappy and fed up. Very unprofessional behaviour.

had a terrible experience with them, they hassle you with emails, lure you in by putting the value of my car up and up then don't honor the price. I went back after the guy was rude and arrogant and said i have now added the tiny damage onto the valuation website and the price has gone up after 3 days, he said maybe they want hybrids like yours. I showed him the price I was quoted and he went through the paperwork and tablet he had and says, we'll give you xxxxx which was £450 less than the website had said after I had put on the damage. We had a heated discussion about webuyanycar being misleading, underhand, and a very poor way to run a business. In the end somehow "his tablet" said it would give me £250 more, so I sold it to them. When i left i said thanks and goodbye the rude guy wouldn't say thank you, or goodbye and just muttered something rude as I left. if you pay them peanuts , you get monkeys

Took afternoon off work and paid £50 ferry travel to take my vehicle to the local dealer. Couldn’t get a price due to computer issues at the we buy any car location. Now paying another £50 to take vehicle back home again. Complete waste of time and money.

We buy any car assure me my finance company would receive their settlement figure payment by a certain date and was lied to. My finance company did not receive the payment until a week later.

Wouldn't recommend any one to use them. A couple of stone chips knocks £700 off the price they quoted

I would rather do an insurance job than ever deal with these thieves again. Gave them my vehicle on the 27th May and still have not received payment on 1st of June. The link in my invoice to track my payment doesn't work. We buy any car are thieves

If you’re not desperate do not use this company Try and sell privately They guaranteed me a price then reduced hugely on the day due to a couple of service stamps missing and the mileage was 2k over the 120000k I had quoted Really would not recommend

To lower the price by a half is ridiculous. For an older car to have it lessened for small bonnet chips and odd marks is insulting

Actual net paid amount was over half of what I’d been quoted online. A rip off!

The valuation we received online was OK so we went to WBAC in good faith. After a cursory inspection that lasted seconds I was told that my car was worth nearly £600 less due to bodywork - there was no problem with the bodywork at all. When I then asked if we could receive £185 to help cover a loan I was told ‘this is all the money I have allocated to me today’. So we were lured there under false pretences and WBAC obviously had no intention of paying the quoted amount. Absolute joke.
