He input all the details and as expected he advised me the offer for the car would be reduced by £1000+, total waste of my time!! There employee, who was a really nice guy, even said this is why the Company has a terrible reputation, his words not mine. This Company is leech feeding off people in desperate situations, tempting people in with offers they have no intention of honouring and knowing that a vast majority of people will not be able to refuse the lower offer. I would urge any one thinking of using WBAC to avoid them if at all possible.
