At my first visit 3 days ago i was contacted and advised that my retention certificate would validate my registration. At the premises that staff contsct advicd was flawed.
I received my log book so returned and updated my valuation. Did not honour the updated higher valuation at my second visit. Literally manipulated to receive the lower valuation losing about ,£150. You hand over your car and documents to then wait 4 days for full payment. Unless you want to lose more money. Very unhappy and fed up. Very unprofessional behaviour.
