Gave me an online price of 11,500 got there and he saw a little bit of laquear dealing off and a tiny Mark I could hardly see and said 9000 ,I wouldn't waste your time with these.

If you want to waste your time getting an online valuation, driving to the store, for them to look around the car for any minute piece of dirt and knock off 5% off the original value, then that's what you'll get. They give car sales people a bad name!! Absolute charlatans. Took it to the nearest garage to WBAC who gave me the original price WBAC offered me . I hadn't even booked an appointment. Horrible people, waste of time and please support your local garages. . I've only given 1 star because I couldn't opt for no stars

Please note, we would only ever reduce a valuation if a customer is outside of their 4 day Price Promise period, or if there are discrepancies between the information that a customer provided us with online and the vehicle itself. We use exactly the same pricing system on our website as our buyers do in branch. Therefore if the condition/details of the car entered online matches our assessment of your car, then we offer a price which matches the online valuation. Tried as there advert says to get a instant online valuation, this is not true. They want email, phone and other personal info, why. Also they don't but ANY car, I have one and because of age or it being a import it doesn't even come up, not even manually. The last time I did get a valuation it was £1000 below trade book price, which I got from a dealer.

An absolute rip off !!! I have sold cars to webuyanycar in the past and found the service ok, yes slightly lower than the text price value but, very close to the value price given. Today however, I took a vehicle which was in tip top condition for its age with a low millage, immaculate really. Anyway, the guy hunted around the car looking for any small mark he could find. I said to him, it's a ten year old vehicle not a brand new roller ! He then came back with an offer more than half the value of the text price and 1,100 lower than parkers bottom line trade price.... needless to say, I was not going to be ripped off and left without selling them the car..... total waste of time, avoid unless desperate and prepared to get ripped off.

Had an online Value £1,500 all info supplied.Small Dent, a few scratches very sound car. Value for a Ford Focus 2012 book price £2,500 that’s bottom book price. Attended Llanelli Branch . Offered me £800. Absolutely a ripoff. Stay away from this company. He said being the age of the car and the Mileage and the tiny dent , and a two tiny bits of rust by the number plate easy to rectify. What a Joke!😡

Kept waiting for 25 minutes, so not a good start. Valuer did not have any idea what he was doing. Felt as if I was a distraction to his otherwise boring day. Did not look inside the vehicle at all, apart from asking me to read the mileage out. Looked around the outside of the car, which is in excellent condition apart from a couple of very small relatively unnoticeable stone chips to the bonnet. Spent his time looking at a small mark on the drivers door handle & said there was a scratch. No scratch, it was a polish mark !!!!! Its a prestige top of the range german car and although 6 yrs old with just over 32000k on the clock; one lady owner/driver, alloys perfect with no scuffs, he said the car was only worth £14k, £1345, under their online estimate!!!! I took my car to a main dealer today who has offered me £15500 & I do not even have to part exchange, as there is a shortage of this type of vehicle which they are desperate to get hold of. I will definately not recommend this company to anyone. What a rip off!!!!

I was given a quote which was deducted by £400 for 80-90 miles and chips which no one could see. I wanted to require but wbac cunningly locked my vehicle quote and didn’t let me requote. Now the same vehicle is gone up in price even with more mileage. Wbac cheat customers. Please ensure if wbac doesn’t standby to their quote, don’t sell it. I feel px is still best way as compared to wbac. Wbac are bunch of cheats. Life’s a full circle. If you cheat your customers, you as a business not going to prosper.

One price given online promised soon changed when arrived, lots history offered on paperwork, 2 keys, cleaned & valeted, very low mileage for cars age in perfect condition. Same car sale online with same low mileage over 2k these jokers want show room cars for next to nothing. OK if your desperate for half price or lower than they offer online or want to unload a problem car but otherwise sell else where.

Unprofessional business practice: Quick inspection of vehicle, very low quote £2000 less than the LOW internet figure first given. This of course is to draw customers in. Verbal quote given in a car park, not able to view quote on screen. Not allowed to take photo of quote on WBAC tablet. Avoid this business. Clever Marketing using a celeb. AVOID.

I bought my mini a few months ago for 12,300 but sadly due to a change in personal circumstances had to sell it. Wbac offered me 11,600 then when face to face dropped it to 10,300. I declined and put it on with motorway. They got me 12,200, so 1900 more than wbac. Judge for yourself who to sell your car too

I HAVE SOLD MY CAR TO WE BUY ANY CAR , THEY ENTERED INTO THE AUCTION B.C.A THEY HAVE APPLIED FOR LOG BOOK TO BE PASSED TO TRADE , I WAS PROMISED AND PAID A FEE FOR QUICK PAYMENT ..4 DAYS LATER I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID , I CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE , I FEEL THAT I MAY NEED TO REPORT THIS VEHICLE STOLEN AS I HAVE BE EMAILED TO BE TOLD I WOULD BE PAID 2 DAYS AND STILL NO PAYMENT ..THIS IS A SHOCKING STATE OF AFFAIRS SO RIGHT NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT , PERHAPS THEY SHOULD SHOW THIS IN THERE TV ADVERTS ,,,SO MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY BY THE WAY THEY KNOCK YOU DOWN IF YOU VEHICLE IS NOT LIKE NEW EVEN
