“I had a problem with a thermal hot tub cover I had ordered so I contacted wave spa, and within a week my problem had been resolved and a replacement cover is arriving today. Thank you so much to Paddy for resolving the issue so quickly and efficiently.”

“I have. contacted customer service a couple of times and they have always been very helpful,Zoe especially I ordered some alkali granules and the tub is much larger than from other suppliers, great value. We had a slight technical hitch being hot tub novices and Darren and Molly were most helpful. A great family company with fab customer service.”

“Pre-ordered our hot tub in January & it arrived this week. Not put it up yet as we need a dry day to do it but we were kept informed of delivery dates and it actually arrived a few days earlier than expected. So customer service wise we have been very impressed & will add another review once we have the hot tub up”
