“Absolutely love our Wave Pacific, bought in 2020 and have had no problems at all, was taken down for the winter and set back up in May, so straight forward, have bought a few things from Wave website, great service and great price for hot tub.”

“Customer services have been fantastic, we had an issue with missing items, we emailed customer services and were kept up to date constantly via email. Also our hot tub arrived 2 months earlier than estimated, we haven’t set it up yet, so fingers crossed everything will be ok with it when we do, I would recommend this company to anyone”

“Fabulous although I haven’t used it as yet. It was easy set up but I had difficulty with securing the pipes and will ask my neighbor to sort out for me. It’s so much larger than I expected and it inflated easily. Fingers crossed once I get it filled up and the chemical stuff that goes into it I’ll know better”
