“Pre ordered our Atlantic in May for delivery the 1 st August, was updated every step of the way and it arrived a day early !. was very impressed with how it came and as we have never had a spa before the set up was easy, only given 4 stars as it was discovered after using it once it was losing air, and we found a hole in one of the seams, I am now waiting a response from customer service,”

“Although our Spa arrived later than was estimated, and when the spa did arrive it was missing a few items I have found the customer service I have received from Renee to be amazing. She always reply to my emails the same day and always went out her way to help me. Our spa is now set up and we love it. Yes the delays are not ideal and I found this frustrating I can understand due to the correct situation that it can’t be help. I feel everyone at Wave that I dealt with especially Renee went out there way to help.”

“Spa was a couple of weeks late in arriving. But due to Corona virus it was expected. Hot tub is great easy to set up and everything was there except I would have loved a chemical start up kit with it. Didn't know it doesn't come with it or would have ordered it.”

“Ordered number 2 filters for my spa on friday 24th august and they turned up on time i'm pleased with them as well. There's a small negativity thou i e-mailed customer service for some additive on my filters and on my pump unit and it says id have an answer within 24 to 48 hours but didn't get an answer until after my filters turned up about my filters then an email turned up the same time about my question about my pump unit. so these questions were after the 24 to 48 hours they said ill have an answer back. so it would be nice if you could get back to customers when you say. and may be a telephone number so you could at least speak to a person .”

“Orderly and delivery were just as directed from the company. Spa easy to assemble. No chemicals as part of your pack which I feel would have been better I would have preferred to pay a little extra and have them included as when we came to order a starter pack they were out of stock. Would be better to have everything you need together in one package to get you started. We have a leak from an inlet hose which we are struggling to solve. Awaiting a response from customer services to help us with the dilemma. Other than that we are happy with the Spa we got a 6 person Spa Atlantic and impressed with the service received so far”
