“Waited a long time, got it yesterday it didn’t tell me wheee filters were until I looked on you tube! So missed a day! But hoping to enjoy it tomo. 🙄”

“Pretty efficient at dealing with issues during a stressful time. Emails answered in a timely manner with a reasonable amount of information. Only criticism which isn’t really a complaint would be to have a number to call for assistance.”

“Although we ordered in April we had to wait until July for our hot tub. Having said this, we were well aware of the waiting times given covid but couldn’t resist the unique rattan print. We were also given weekly updates. To top it off our tub came two days earlier than planned: it’s so easy to set up and we can’t wait to try it out once heated up. Thanks wave for giving us such a fantastic unique hot tub.”

“We bought a Wave Spa Atlantic Inflatable Hot Tub. It is to small for 4 Person.Very noisy like a vacum cleaner. The delivery time is very long, abot 2,5 months + We have to wait plus 1 week beyond the specified delivery time.”

“Spa was on back order which meant that the hot weather of May / June is no longer with us unfortunately so the spa hasn't been used yet. Delivery by DPD was made on time. The spa is pretty easy to set up and the instructions were clear - the hardest part for me was creating a level area in a sloping garden. Small water leak from the hot water inlet pipe when first assembled. Easily fixed by removing and then re-fixing the connection. Takes a little while to heat up but once warm the heat seems to be retained quite well (dropped 5 degrees C overnight)”
