“We are delighted with our little Pacific inflatable hot tub. It was quick and easy to set up and we're using it a lot over this summer. A couple of tips that it would be worth sharing: If you can, rig a hose from your kitchen tap to fill it with warm water, not cold, but start with a few inches of cold in case your hot is really hot! Look closely at the inflation connector. It has two screw fittings and you only remove the top one for inflation. Remove both of them to deflate. One criticism: We have a faulty hose (there are three on the tub and one of them is deformed and leaks). We emailed about this and had a helpful reply but so far no further action. It's been weeks now.”

“Really happy with my hot tub. The only thing that Wave could improve on is a better customer service contact point either telephone number or instant message where you can write your own questions because the opition currently given aren't very good. Also not having someone to speak to is frustrating everything is by email. If it hadn't taken that long to come I would have have given an Excellent rating and if the other points I mentioned were there. Very happy can finally use my hot tub it is brilliant value for money”

“Hot tub arrived the day it was listed to which I couldn’t believe as I thought that would be roughly when it when it would be available! The tub is good quality and easy to set up - a little disappointed at how loose the lid is and I couldn’t see anywhere the water capacity to work out the chemical dosage, as a first time hot tub owner I’d have liked a little more advice on chemicals”

“I ordered new filters only to find when they arrived I needed a, filter "sock". No filter socks available until 6 weeks later. I didn't actually speak to anyone so may be they woukd have been more helpful?”

“We love our wave spa and it has been our saviour during lockdown. The spa arrived before its due date which was a big plus! It was easy to set up and was quickly in use. We also purchased the chemical starter kit which was easy to use once we had calculated how many gallons the spa held. I think it would be better if the instructions for chemical use were a little clearer for novices like us. But after a bit of hit and miss we were all systems go. All in all a great purchase!”
