“We ordered our Atlantic Spa in January with delivery date in the middle of May. Delighted to say it arrived 1 week earlier than expected:)) absolutely no issues on setting up, except I had a bit of a fall from a ladder the night we were supposed to use it…needless to say hubby and the 2 girls made great use of it for the 2 weeks I was injured. Fabulous service, worth the wait, we absolutely love it !”

“I added extra things to an existing order and sent an enquiry about having the delivery refunded so I only paid 1 delivery charge. Wave were great, gave advice on the process to follow and then sent a text and email to say the refund had been processed.”
