“We bought a wavespa Pacific, been using it for 2 days, starting to have problems with pump/motor already. I email customer service hopefully they will reply soon with any advice or help. Looking at these reviews I'm a little disappointed where I can see that wavespa only replies to customers reviews when they get 5 star reviews, they won't reply when they get less that 5 stars.”

“Ordered my spa at end 2020. First time used was last week. Had some probs getting chlorine and ph to level needed after the chlorine shock but that's down to being unexperienced with this ax first time user . The only thing I wasn't aware was when purchased was the when you have the spar jets on the water heating turns off you cant have them both on . so the water tempreture start dropping when having spa jets on little bit disappointed as really wanted to have both especially in the late evening so will be limited when using as the water gets to cold to sit in . Otherwise every thing is good”

Our spas are designed to give you the best experience but sadly, the bubbles and heating cannot work at the same time. The bubbles and heating work interchangeably. As soon as the water temperature drops 2 degrees celsius from the set temperature the heating automatically starts to bring the water up to your set temperature again.
