“I have ordered from Wave direct, however with the current climate has brought delays which is understandable and affects many companies so can’t review the spar just yet, I can say that communication is 110% with full sympathy and courtesy and We are looking forward to testing/reviewing the spar soon 👍Up to now can’t fault them as a company trying their best in the situation we are currently experiencing”

“the reason I have have given this rating is that I received an e-mail regarding the free mega pack but when I tried to input the code SS22 the site said the code was invalid. I then sent a message on your message board to which no-one has replied. My SPA was due on the 16th June but will not be arriving until the 5th July on pre-order which I have been kept up to date on that due to the logistical problems my SPA has been delayed which I can fully understand. However I am stil annoyed about the Mega Pack”

“With regards to filters they were dispatched promptly but still waiting for my hot tub to be fair to wave they have kept me fully informed but I can’t review the hot tub yet as I have not had it”
