“The delivery took a long time and was not all on the first delivery. top of hot tube did not come with a inflatable top. Other hot tubes come complete with the lid. Perhaps you would like to send me this item free of charge.”

“Bought a Wave spa and starter kit. Once the order was placed and paymen taken I received an email a couple of days later to say the starter pack wouldn’t be available for a couple of months. I could cancel the order or leave it on. Anyway my spa delivery date was changed twice and delayed over a month but since it’s arrived it’s been great. I’d read all the posts and comments on the Facebook page and watched the you tube videos on setting it up and can honestly say it was very easy. I think the only issue with the Wave company is lack of customer care communication and they’ve gotten too big too quick and maybe need to put a holt on orders to allow them to catch up as people where getting their delivery before those that had been waiting longer? Overall happy customer”
