“On the whole very pleased with my tub so far,received tub end of August so has only been used for 3 months before packing away for winter. I gave it 4 stars as I felt customer service needed some improvement to be award 5 stars.”

“Just put the round spa bubble mat liner and spa inflatable cover in the hot tub and bubble mat,must admit it was a little steep for a circle of bubble wrap but hopefully it does the job. On the positive side we were informed really well on delivery and were able to track and received both items on time”

“The product is excellent but customer service needs some improvement and quicker response times. We have our spa on a patio and requested information in how we could get rid of water onto grass, we didn't get anywhere with it. This must be a common issue wanting to displace water further away, this should be looked into as if you sold an accessory that did this then we would buy it, other than that, we like the product”

“My hot tub is great and we have had lots of enjoyment from it. It did take 6 weeks longer to arrive than originally quoted and the chemicals showed up 3 months later! However, we were in unusual times and Wave Direct did keep me up to date with what was going on.”

“Ordered a 4 person square inflatable cover and arrived in the time scale specified, fitted and looking forward to using the tub on some cold nights! Still got to wait to see if it has an effect on the bills but it does the job of creating a run-off for the cover when it rains.”
