“Love it! Easy to to assemble and easy maintenance! We're using it on a daily basis even through the winter it keeps the water warm with no issue! Brilliant! The only reason for the 4 star is that we cannot connect a hose to the water releasing pipe, don't seem to be compatible with any hise thing on the market, hence changing the water is a bit awkward:/”

“Our Wave Spa product is excellent so no complaints there but can only rate them as good because it’s difficult to contact them when you need them. Find it strange that in this day and age they don’t have a customer services telephone number so that you can actually speak to someone when you have an issue as the email system is quite slow.”

“Happy and gutted really. Firstly I ordered my Wave Pacific for my 50th birthday present with all the extras. The pre order date was Feb 21 which was perfect as I have a wooden gazebo being made which will be fit in January. I received a notification yesterday to say being delivered today and whilst this is really quick I have no where to put it and so will have to stay in the box until such time as the gazebo is built which means I lose 2 months on the warranty whilst it sits in the box. Other than that, really quick and efficient delivery on all other items (chemicals, head rests etc)”
