“I would have put excellent, although after waiting a long time for product mostly due to COVID 19 i expect. I was disappointed to see that cover for the hot tub had a lock missing I don’t understand how after checks to ensure your product is to a standard that this could have escape these checks. I did email to inform you of this but had no reply. Regards Amellia”

“We have a paddle board and hot tub from Wave. No issues with paddle board however our hot tub started to leak after a month. We emailed the customer services and received a replacement tub last month without any issues. Hopefully this one will work but customer service has been great Laura”
