“Our spa was a back order so knew we had a wait, it came 2 days after the original date so happy with that. We had constant updates from wave which was appreciated thank you wave. For the price I really can't grumble at this spa, well worth the wait. However a minor snag the temp rarely stays at 40 and doesn't ever go past it to the max 42, it sits at a comfortable 38 but I would like it at 40. We have tried everything to achieve it but it just doesn't stay at 40 once the cover is off and we are in it, it doesn't stop us enjoying it and like I said £299 quid absolute bargain.”

“My wave Spa was delivered on time and I was kept up to date with the expected delivery date.. There was only a few days delay but I had been informed of this and it actually ended up being delivered a few days ahead of schedule”

“We love our Wave Spa, which we had pre-ordered back in March/April (during lockdown) for delivery in late June. This being our first ever hot tub, we weren't sure what to expect. The inflatable spa is of good quality and although the set up instructions weren't the clearest to follow (I'd love to rewrite these for the company), with the aid of the web site we got it set up reasonably easily and quickly. In our fist week we have spent many sessions, day and night being gently massaged by warm bubbles. The pump is noisier than I had expected, so it is impossible to listen to music whilst indulging, but the soothing sound of the bubbles does drown out the pump. Four to six people would be quite a stretch to fit in - we've had three people in comfortably, with legs stretched out, but you'd have to be sat cross legged to get six people in, and this wouldn't be very enjoyable. No chance of social distancing in here!! Having said all of the above, we do love it (I'd buy the item again), and are currently awaiting our first energy bill to see how much it bumps up consumption. Hopefully we won't get a shock. The icing on the cake would be to win our spa for free, (as stated on the box), which would cover our heating bills for the first year! Over to you Wave Spa??!!”

“Absolutly paid for itself after one use....eg 8 ppl had fun ..over few hours .easy to inflate an deflate ...feel safe as not all chambers can deflate at once... Paddle included .fast delivery... An only 7kg i carry mine to river.”

“Received my Hot Tub today 2/7/20 It was ordered in April with a delivery date of the 1/7. I was beginning to get a little worried when I received a email saying it may be delayed (as a friend of a friend had just been scammed by another company) but I took the advice of another customer who downloaded the DPD App and on the 1/7 I received a message saying they had my order and was delivering it on the 2/7. So please bear with Wave, they are a genuine company who are trying their best in the current situation. I will definitely recommend them to family n friends.”

“I am keeping fingers crossed get item that is reserved for delivery on 01 August, keep getting emails saying delivery could be delayed, I really hope not will be waiting nearly 3 months by 01 August, also ordered starter kit which will be at least Sept/Oct delivery, so feeling very disappointed they have my money for 3 months, if you have to wait so long you should pay deposits and then pay balance when goods arrive”

“I have received a text message saying i have been refunded for an order but nothing showing at my bank. I am slightly concerned as i have two orders and have now cancelled both so i am due two refunds. i have emailed and waiting on a reply but concerned as unable to actually speak to anybody.”
