“Ordered in November for a March delivery was a few days late but not a problem easy to set up with clear instructions filled up in An hour(6 person size) left to warm over night ready for morning lovely and warm and lots of bubbles only been in a few times but so far enjoyable looking for to spending much of the summer in there I cleaned the filter out after each use as it does get mucky quite quickly especially with kids in and out and took me a bit of time to work out how much chemicals to put in”

“Very pleased with the spa. We ordered it in November 2020 for pre Order and to be delivered in 26th March. I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them to confirm the delivery however they informed me that there was a 4 week delay. I was quite upset as I had ordered it back in November for my sons birthday in March to have to wait another 4 weeks. They apologised and sent 2 free filters, however a few days later we had a delivery from dpd of our spa! We were very thankful and only ended up being a couple of days late than the original delivery date. The spa is lovely, very quick to set up and my son loves it! So thank you wave Spa!”

“Had a few hiccups regarding pay after delivery using Klarna but dealt with courteously and satisfactorily. Delivery was a week later than expected owing to several different factors but hardly surprising in present circumstances! Spa is set up and working well! Tip:go online for better instructions than in manual supplied.”

“Very quick delivery, well packed items. The hot tub skimmer is well made and sturdy and does the job beautifully and price wise, great value. The round spa bubble mat liner, seems like a great idea, not so sure yet it will save on 15% heat loss as advertised. Only time will tell on this one.”

“You’re not far off excellent but I think the stumbling block is communication. The Facebook service is fantastic but as someone who doesn’t use this it was challenging when emails weren’t being received. It is great to see that you do reply using Trustpilot too but initially I didn’t want to broadcast my concerns so that was uncomfortable. A phone number would be reassuring. However, once we aligned with our method of communication it was 100% professional, friendly, helpful and fairly prompt!!! Messages nearer the time of expected delivery would’ve been nice too. BUT we have been in our tub three times since the weekend and are LOVING it. So far, so good and are looking forward to enjoying it more and more - thank you!”

“Pre ordered our spa and it turned up 6 weeks earlier than anticipated which we were delighted with. Had an issue with o rings leaking but we just replaced them with slightly more heavy duty ones which cured the problem, which is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. Still waiting for inflatable cover and chemicals but seeing as the order was 6 weeks early I can't complain about that. Overall very pleased”
