“The drill bit was slightly to small so the rubber piece didn't fit well. The instructions were very vague and 90% in French and German. It hasn't rained yet so not sure if the rubber piece will work due to not fitting right.”

“We found the plastic extremely difficult to cut to match the pipe size & the inside of the butt had piece's of plastic left on around the inside of the butt. All the cutting took a very long time!! Otherwise ok.”

“Great service, the parts all arrived and we are now able to 're-commission' the worn out water butt we inherited when we moved in. The parts were quite expensive - it cost us over £50 to get 4 parts, the same as buying a small new water butt. However we decided to reuse the old one anyway. Please consider reducing the cost to encourage people to reuse an old water butt where possible.”
