“The water butt and fittings arrived very quickly - at least 3 days earlier than promised. Safely packaged and friendly courier. Easy to assemble and looks good. It feels substantial, as if it will last for some time. Only negative is it is supplied with blank fittings to lnk to drain pipe. We wanted white which we ordered, as we could not find a way to swap the white for the black.”

“I bought a replacement water butt tap from Water Butts Direct, which was promptly dispatched the same day as my online order. I hadn't known which tap would be suitable and when I phoned, I found the staff extremely helpful, and able to advise me. When the tap arrived it was stiff to turn on and off, so I phoned again and was advised to lubricate it with washing up liquid. It did the trick immediately! An excellent firm and highly recommended.”
