“Nice compact water butt that looks unobtrusive in its corner.”

“Great service and very fast delivery. I never imagined that a water butt could be such a feature. The one we got looks like grean marble and has a flower planter on top. Flowers were planted straight away. Makes a huge difference to the rear aspect of the house when compared to the old green plastic barrel.”

“Goods arrived on time and no damage, the delivery company polite and helpful . Purchased from waterbutts direct on several occasions and the goods, delivery as advertised and ordered. This time bought the one piece barrel stand far more secure on slightly uneven paving, the three piece is not as stable in these circumstances.”

“The water butt looks fine, not fitted yet as the delivery took a little longer than the 3 to 5 days advised, so did not arrive in time for shed repair man to fix up. We look forward to seeing how it works when fitted and it has rained! We did phone to chase order and were advised it was out of stock but should be delivered at end of last week beginning of next, it arrived last Friday so all good. Tracking on my account never got past being 'processed' so delivery totally unexpected, delivery man very helpful . Would have been 4 stars if butt had been delivered within 5 days.”

“No info on pipe diameter of the diverter, so I ordered the wrong extension hose. I had to cobble together with mastic and jubilee clips to make it seal. Also the pipes on to the diverter and the butt leaked at both ends and needed gaffer tape to seal. Although email warned that items could come separately I fail to see the necessity of 2 "linked" water butts coming on separate days.”
