“Sadly Dpd emailed they had delivered and left a note in my letterbox but NO parcel at the local pickup shop and your Norwich Dpd center told me it was being returned to you on Dec 31st! When will my order get to me? I have had no problems with other delivery services and either parcels were left on the doorstep or with my neighbour at no 13.”

“Delivered when the carrier said it would come! It looks good, but we've not had time to install it yet, so can't be sure that it does "what it says on the tin"! Looking forward to replacing our old one that sprang a leak.”

“Not commissioned yet, however a thought - there were 2 holes drilled for the taps to empty and 3 gaps in base - why are they not lined up ? If they were both taps could be used in tandem”

“I ordered a water butt which arrived promptly and was left where I had requested. I was very disappointed to find the lid had two very rough-edged holes in the lid. When I contacted Water Buts Direct, they said that's what they're all like. The lid therefore isn't going to stop mosquitoes getting in to lay eggs (plus it looks really cheap and nasty)”
