“We spent ages browsing the great selection of water butts and tanks available. We wanted to replace three large, ugly, leaking plastic garden butts with something more streamlined. We opted for a big black plastic tank! It's no beauty, but was the perfect dimension for our space, and will enable a quick dip with a can rather than a tedious wait for the tap to run. When you've got a family's worth of veg to water, that makes such a difference! The big capacity should mean the hose will be redundant even during long dry spells. We're going to construct an attractive wooden screen around the sides of the tank, so it will blend prettily into the kitchen garden. Really pleased with the quality, manoeuvrability, capacity and value of this plastic tank, compared with galvanised cattle troughs which we have used elsewhere in the garden. Prompt delivery - great service!”

No information when it’s to be delivered a rude message left on my phone from Driver because I wasn’t in and the customer service was unhelpful after contacting Water Butts customer service direct they were extremely helpful and apologetic and sorted the delivery a few days later and the butts are well made look great value for money”

To accept the delivery, I had to stay in all day because it needed to be signed for and ETA was not available. As it happened, I need not have bothered because I found the water butt outside my front door. Someone had signed for it and spelt my name wrong.”

“I bought the Madison rain barrel in grey Millstone effect. I think it looks better in real life than in the photo. It has a very attractive, authentic stone effect. A very nice finishing touch to my new conservatory. Very good quality, good design, very easy to drain the water into a nearby flower bed or fill a watering can. Ordering from Water Butts Direct was easy and delivery was quick. Recommended.”
