“This may be an unfair rating due to the fact I only added it to my pond two weeks ago. However I have not seen any sign that it is working so far. I have today added a further dose added to the original and I will give it another two weeks before I respond again and possibly look to asking for a refund.”

“Good quality product received promptly. Minor problem with 2 pin plug from the lamp which did not fit standard socket that i already had in place. However when contacting Water Garden I was advised this was the result of the manufacturers changing the design without warning and it was OK to modify the plug buy cutting off the obstructing plastic parts which does however need some care but solves problem. Would have been useful to include a note about this with product but otherwise pleased with purchase and Water Gardens response to my query.”
