“The products are great - very good quality. It would have been helpful if we had known that the underlay came in sections. As it was we only needed half of what was ordered, although the workforce used it all by making a double layer!”

“The item that I ordered was discontinued, but was replaced with the updated version at no extra cost to myself, received a friendly e-mail explaining what had happened, and founds the customer service to be excellent, a real pleasure to deal with. I opted for free delivery, and to my surprise, received a courier delivery the next day. Congratulations on your wonderful service, I would recommend you to anyone!!”

“Upgraded my previous box and required spare filters. Delivery in 2 days, thought price was a tad high compared to my previous filters but hey ho, it is what it is. Find awkward and difficult to remove plastic that filters attached to, but practice makes perfect as they say.”
