“The problem of green water which this was supposed to clear was not achieved. It only went a murkier green and whilst the re circulating water looked clear the overall effect was disappointing and not what was expected”

Hi Richard, The Oase 'Pond Clear' water treatment is a flocculant and is usually very effective at binding single-celled algae. I will give you a call later today as water treatments are not always a total solution to ongoing algae issues and it may be excess nutrient in the pond which is the underlying issue. “Hopeless Service and a hopeless product. Called twice to ask for help and received no help whatsover. Waste of money. I purchased a heron scarer at a cost exceeding £ 200. It has a motion sensor and sends ut noises and lights to frighten the heron. It does not work because it comes on late at night and causes disturbance even when it is switched off, so I have to disconnect it at the mains at bed time. When the heron vitis before breakfast the next day, the scarer is not operating because I had to disconnect it from the mains the night before. Rubbish.”

“Placed an order with water-garden.co.uk, and have heard absolutely nothing back. Tried contacting them using the various comms channels on their website, and still no response. Very quick to take the money, but absolute silence since then. Extremely disappointed.”

Hi Mark, It appears that the courier mislaid you package but as you are aware, we have sent out a second package with a different courier (at our cost of course) to replace the missing item. The issue of mislaid packages occurs very infrequently but when it does and as soon as are made aware, we will always address promptly and resolve. Hi Jason. Our apologies once again for this. The water treatment in question had been confirmed by Germany as inbound and therefore imminent to our warehouse. However, Algaecides seem to be hitting issues at customs which is outside of the manufacturers and our hands and we are still suffering delays with a few select products. “this unit only works for items like leaves or larger light items. sand or soil simply sucks up and then release back into the pool. I would like to return this item.”

“Water Garden sent a different product to that advertised. They asked me to return the goods, which I did at my own expense on the same day. They received the goods back in August and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed as promised. No response to requests for credit from either their accounts or sales departments. I'd recommend to avoid doing any business with this company as they do not honour their word in a timely manner.”

“I purchased 6 pumps and all have broken within weeks. One failed in four days. They are simply not fit for purpose. I purchased All For Pond pumps from Amazon and they’ve worked perfectly in the same water.”

“This may be an unfair rating due to the fact I only added it to my pond two weeks ago. However I have not seen any sign that it is working so far. I have today added a further dose added to the original and I will give it another two weeks before I respond again and possibly look to asking for a refund.”

“Ordered the 1500mm water blade which was delivered and badly damaged. returned the product as unusable. The replacement product was also delivered damaged. To return it a second time would have delayed my pond build, had to have it repaired locally. Will not use Water garden again”

Hi Shane, In the very rare instances of damages in transit, we always try to resolve the issue as fast as we possibly can. In this instance, the Water Blade was made to order so we pushed the manufacturer hard to produce a replacement and this was despatched as rapidly as we could and to further save time, this came direct from the manufacturer on an upgraded service. The second issue related to a very minor warp of a few millimetres over a distance of 1.5m which would certainly not affect the function or aesthetics once built in. We were not made aware of the issue until after you chose to have this modified via an independent tooling company. I'm sorry for the initial damage incurred by the courier but I hope you understand we did everything within our power to help. Many Thanks - Andy Staves Water Garden Ltd.

Hi Antony, I'm sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the LED Lighting Kit supplied back in 2015. We had very few issues with these products over the years but I understand that two issues occurred around 3 years ago with your specific product and the faulty components were replaced ASAP as per our strict warranty procedures. The items are now well outside of warranty and this specific manufacturer has since ceased trading, so unfortunately no more can be purchased. We always try to respond rapidly to warranty issues and resolve the problem in the fastest manner possible, but I can only apologise that we cannot supply a new unit due to this specific unforeseen circumstance.
