“I can only review what I have bought, which is a PondoMax Eco 3500 pond pump. It replaces a similar one which had lasted about 4 years in continuous use. It seems there has been some change in design in the meantime. The new pump worked well for about a week then stopped. I examined the pump and found that pine needles were responsible. They had got through the holes in the outer casing and clogged up the pump. Fortunately cleaning them out restored the pump to full working order. I have repositioned it to try to avoid this happening again. The old pump never had this problem, though it did need cleaning out occasionally.”

“Many thanks for asking. I put the pump to use within a couple of days and it is working well. I have positioned it on the shelf that runs round the pond. I had intended to place it down in the centre like all my previous pumps but without a handle on the pump this was very difficult so I compromised. However it appears to be working well. Thanks Mel Bates”

“The pump I bought was competitively priced, delivered quickly and works well. It then required various fitting to allow it to do the job it was required to do. These were sorted out fairly quickly and sent quickly. I would use water garden again.”

“Loved the fountain and works well once set up properly. The only issue I have is it doesn't come with an English plug ... for the money, it costs you would have thought at least an adaptor could have been included in the box.”

“WG is a supplier of equipment for garden water features. They have an excellent range. I have recently used them to supply 3 water blades, water pump and accessories. The equipment was destined for use in Oman and shipped through my agent in the UK. Although it took some time to get 45cm water blade, all the equipment has now arrived in Oman and I look forward to designing the wall water feature with my builder. I would use WG again and have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“purchased some medium duty 1.1/4" hose for pond and it was really good, nice and flexible but didn't kink and as the outside is smooth it's easier to secure. Only downside is you have to buy it in increments of 5M”

“Product direct replacement due to sheering off of plastic handle..new one made of same materials and very stiff for a switch mechanism ..but no others available as far as I can see..so fingers crossed history does not repeat itself.I lubricated parts best I could to hopefully help.”
