“This was my first foray into builing a container water garden and I certainly had... questions. The short version: I wanted to turn a small Cor-Ten planter into a container that would hold water and that could be planted with small aquatic plants. I sent a query to Water Garden via email and honestly didn't expect to ever hear back or, if I did, to just get a fairly canned response. Instead, I got a phone call the next day from someone who was very knowledgeable and happy to chat with me about how best to achieve what I wanted. Understanding the pros and cons of different approaches gave me the confidence to go ahead and build the thing (see photos). The Gold Label paint is now curing and I'm hoping to start filling the planter with water in the next week. Based on the nature of the advice given I expect this to be a success (despite my middling DIY skills) and I really appreciated the time that they took to talk me through the options: it's looking good already and will look great when filled.”

“Very happy with the pond pump. So much easier to clean than my last one. Plus much neater at back of pond. Only slight surprise no plugs on pump at all. Very strange now days nearly all products come with plugs attached. Otherwise all good.”

Thank you for the kind and positive review. It's worth noting that UK Building Regulations (Part P) dictate that outdoor electrical equipment should not be supplied with plugs attached. This is to ensure that the equipment is hard-wired into a RCD protected switchbox by a qualified electrician. Hopefully you'll have many years of service from you new pump and filter! “As I am very elderly and trying to manage a quite large garden pond I really appreciate their help and advice. They enabled me to take a short video clip of how to replace the ultra violet bulb in my pump. My grandson used that to help him change the bulb for me.”

“I was very happy with the advice I received from Andy who steared me towards the 2000m Lake Diffuser System. I have installed it and am very pleased with the resulting improvement in water clarity. On Andy's advice I also bought the Profi Water Test Kit and am taking regular readings. I intend to get back to Andy in 2/3 weeks with my readings and see if he recommends any further treatment. “Very pleased I replacedwill the fitting. The original (cowboy) installer did not fit the nozzle supplied with the fitting. as a result the uv cleaning ring did not work and the uv light sleeve was always covered with brown scale. After fitting the nozzle the uv light cleaning ring spins round, so hopefully my brown scale problemis a thing of the past and my uv light work properly.”
