“This was the first time constructing a water feature so I had no experience. I contacted them and spoke with Andy who I have to say was amazing. Not only did he have a quote back to me the same day, he also designed what I required and ordered the products for me. First class service and a massive thanks to Andy.”

“Great service, advice and support from Water Garden, as always. Whatever is needed, they always have a solution and product available. My Promax pump failed and they recommended a PondMax Eco which was better suited to the pond requirements. (NB my Promax pump was connected to a large diameter pipe, which was much bigger than the PondMax small outlet, so a large adapter was required to fit the PondMax to my pond pipework, see photo below. Promax on the right & PondMax on the left)”

“I have used the Water Garden for years now. I go back to them because I trust the team and have confidence in the quality of stock they sell. Bradley is patient, helpful and knowledgeable with nothing being to much trouble. Basically they know the products well and advice accordingly.”

“Cannot rate highly enough the help and support from Bradley on a few issues i was having with a water feature. Several emails, lots of questions and all answered promptly and extremley helpful. I have not been able to fully install the items purchased due to weather but i have no doubt the product will be fine, even if not as there is a little bit of trial and error, the support is the governing factor and this was faultless.”
