“Excellent service and advice. Both products I purchased (Oase pondvac and pump) arrived swiftly and Andy & co could not have been more helpful with help in assembly and after sales advice. I would not hesitate in recommending them.”

“Water garden was by far the cheapest option on the whole Internet and arrived on time (earlier in fact) and with no fuss. Would go straight to them again next time before using anywhere else. Excellent service.”

“I was very impressed when the liner arrived only the morning after it was ordered online. The website is clear and easy to use, the tools for calculating liner size certainly work nicely. In addition, the staff are knowledgeable and were very happy to give genuinely good advice and they have my thanks for that. Highly recommended.”

“This company is great to deal with. I had two separate problems. They dealt with both in a very professional way. They solved both problems within 3/4 days turnaround. I am very pleased with the products and the service this company gives, which is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. Regards Josephine Hoenderkamp”

“The biggest plus was being able to talk to someone who knew what they were talking about. Also, the on-line instruction videos are very useful.”

“As a first timer into water features I was over whelmed by the choice in the general marketplace. I knew exactly what I wanted but did not know how to achieve it. I got superb advice from Water Garden and am very happy with my purchase. I still need more bits and pieces for the developing garden and I won't hesitate to be a return customer. Not often I'm so happy to deal on the internet but this company went more than the extra mile. Thank you.”
