“Yes I received your 1st e-mail, sorry I forgot to respond but it's a very busy life being retired!!!The items you have are very much what was in our mind, but it is to be part of a new patio which will not be stated until the weather improves, and here in Yorkshire that could be sometime yet. I will be in touch once things progress.Also, please give my regards to Steve Hockley who was of great assistance in 2004 when I had a large pond built in my garden using all supplies from yourselves (saving me a fortune)”

“Thank you ( and your staff) for all your help and advice on our stream blanket weed problem.Fisrt your service was 100% as promised - the next day.The unit has been in use ovr two weeks and the water quality has improved and the unit has coped with the falling levels due to no rain and the rapid rise after the thunderous down pours we have experienced over the last 10 days.”

“I have a question but...firstly may I say how delighted I am with the performance of the Filtral 5000. The pond is already crystal clear after just three days!When the equipment was installed at the bottom of the pond the water was opaque green and we could see the fish only when they were very near the surface! Brilliant.My question is. Now that the water is clear, the filters must be quite clogged. How will I tell when they need cleaning? There is no guidance given with the operating instructions.Kind regards.”
