“I have a question but...firstly may I say how delighted I am with the performance of the Filtral 5000. The pond is already crystal clear after just three days!When the equipment was installed at the bottom of the pond the water was opaque green and we could see the fish only when they were very near the surface! Brilliant.My question is. Now that the water is clear, the filters must be quite clogged. How will I tell when they need cleaning? There is no guidance given with the operating instructions.Kind regards.”

“unfortunately I am looking after grandchildren and there is no service here!! Will have to drive a few miles to see who else is trying to get hold of me.I changed my mind and decided that two lanterns would be rather nice. “Just to say the order arrived today and many many thanks for the little white plastic casing ...my beautiful mista is now back to its former pristine glory!!! Can't thank you enough for that. Also if at all possible as I hinted in our conversation, I really really would be SO grateful if you could IF possible keep me one of the complete units (minus the bowl) for me to purchase in the New Year.I definitely want one and if you need to email me to prompt me to pay in January I will. “Many thanks to both Andy and Steve, in particular to Andy for diagnosing the problem with our top pond! Although the two filters cost us 'an arm and a leg' it has proved worthwhile. The top pool has taken longer to clear of blanket weed, but that was to be expected given the problems we had. We have never seen the pool look so good.”
