“Just to say the order arrived today and many many thanks for the little white plastic casing ...my beautiful mista is now back to its former pristine glory!!! Can't thank you enough for that. Also if at all possible as I hinted in our conversation, I really really would be SO grateful if you could IF possible keep me one of the complete units (minus the bowl) for me to purchase in the New Year.I definitely want one and if you need to email me to prompt me to pay in January I will. “Many thanks to both Andy and Steve, in particular to Andy for diagnosing the problem with our top pond! Although the two filters cost us 'an arm and a leg' it has proved worthwhile. The top pool has taken longer to clear of blanket weed, but that was to be expected given the problems we had. We have never seen the pool look so good.”

After one last try I finally managed to loosen it - and now the pump is working and my fish are happy....and I didn't have to buy a new one - just yet. So THANKS to all.”

“Just to let you know that my initial results on the performance of the viresco was premature as in hindsight I didnt give it enough time to work.Now its been 7 weeks since I put the vireco into the pond and Ive got to say that there has been a significant improvement to the water conditions as the blanket weed has significantly reduced.What this means to me is that filter cleaning has become rare as there is no buildup in my filter raising the water level which was a regular occurance before application,and the pump when cleaning has only sludge in the basket and very little algae. Whilst there is still some blanket weed present in the pond there is nowhere nearas much as before as the majority of the pond bottom is mostly clear of it otherthan a few furry pockets which can easily be taken up with little effort with my pond net.Also I've noticed around the waters edge is becoming free of it as well. So all in all I'm now very pleased with the result as it obviously works and makes life a lot easier.Many thanks Reiss.”
