“Items ordered were despatched and received within 2 days. I ordered a solar pond pump and solar panel. The details for the solar pump recommended which solar panel to use which was very useful. It would have been better if a "flyer" had been included showing how to wire up the connection between the pump and the solar panel as they do not match.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Service is always prompt and friendly. Equipment is top quality. When I had to make a claim on a pond pump under guarantee, a new one was dispatched promptly and without fuss. Staff are knowledgeable and offer sensible, practical advice. Customer Service as it should be! P. Davies, Cambridgeshire.”

“The water garden did their very best to match an amazing price I had found for a top quality pond pump elsewhere on the net. I was so impressed with their professionalism that I placed my order with them and received my pond pump the next day ....superb service from a top supplier.”

“Ordered various pipe fittings and a spray head. The quoted pipe bore measurements bore little relation to the actual sizes of the fittings and a bodge involving gaffer tape was needed to make them work.”

“Always excellent service with quick order despatch (usually same day as the order is placed) and quick delivery. I have phoned and emailed for advice several times and always got very good help. Last time I e-mailed a question I got a phone call back almost before I had finished emailing on the computer. Fantastic service, fully recommended. Graham - West Yorkshire”
