“bit early to say as my water fountain has been in situ for only a few days. So far fine does what it says on the marketing blurb. The self seal join was excellent..much better than my old bulky one..time will tell but so far very satisfied:)”

“Hello I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Water Garden and I cannot praise them highly enough. Their response and advice to my questions were answered quickly politely and with great detail. I have a Koi Pond measuring 4.2m x 2.7m by 5@cm deep and was like a thick green pea soup with lots of blanket weed. Following the advice of staff at Water Garden I purchased a Biotec 12 Screenmatic filter a Bitron C36 UVC and Aquamax Eco Premium 8000 pump. The items were delivered quickly and well packaged and were easy to install. The system has now been up and running for eleven days and I cannot believe the improvement in such a short period of time. The water is crystal clear and weed is just about non existent. I am not one to leave comments whether good or bad but on this occasion I felt I just had to and have gone as far as uploading three videos to 'YouTube' to provide video evidence just how good this system is. I would highly recommend it and Water Garden to anyone considering purchasing items for their garden ponds. Andrew Kaczmarek (Customer) Welwyn Garden City Herts.”

“Phoned for advise. Pump, filter and fountain delivered and all in place and have been running well for a few weeks. The water cleared in 48 hours as promised. Good job. Can see the alligator again.”
