“I was very pleased with the help I received when I spoke with one of your sales team. He gave me all the info I needed to purchase a copper cascade with lights and when i placed the order with him, the goods arrived within 48 hours. We are waiting for our pond to be finished but I am sure we will be delighted with the cascade you have delivered. Excellent customer care and delivery. Well done!!”

“Friendly helpful advice + next day delivery as promised. After two orders, the service side of things seems to be very good. However you do have to watch the pricing. Most things seem to be within the range of other internet stores (usually at the top end of that range) but liners and underlay seem significantly higher for exactly the same products.”

“The staff the I dealt with were extremely helpful and provided me with good advice regarding the waterfall foam that I purchased. Speed of service was good too. I had some unused cans left over and they were kind enough to give me a refund. I would definitely use Water Garden again and can fully recommend them.”
