“The Boston Oil Lamp look very impressive but I have problem with the wick staying alight even though it has enough oil to soak the wick with. Tried several times and going to try again tonight (27/09/2014) and see if it will stay on, otherwise I do not know what else to do.”

“I ordered a spare valve assembly for my Oase 30000 litre filter and it was delivered the following day. Very impressed with the delivery and service. I had a phone discussion with Water Gardens as to what was exactly required and they were accurate with their knowledge, without trying to sell me something more than I needed. “I ordered an Aquamax Eco Classic 8500 Pump on Monday 15th September 2014 as my existing Nautilus 8000 had gone faulty over the weekend. I had an idea of what replacement pump I required but the guidance provided over the phone was professional and informative even though at this stage I was still only thinking of a purchase. The order was placed and the pump arrived the following day as promised (Subject of course to carrier meeting obligations).
