“The Boston Oil Lamp look very impressive but I have problem with the wick staying alight even though it has enough oil to soak the wick with. Tried several times and going to try again tonight (27/09/2014) and see if it will stay on, otherwise I do not know what else to do.”

“Very helpful company and staff. I had initial problems with my product but the staff were extremely helpful in listening to my concerns and eventually solved all the issues with the product ( a pentair large pond pump)”

“I ordered a spare valve assembly for my Oase 30000 litre filter and it was delivered the following day. Very impressed with the delivery and service. I had a phone discussion with Water Gardens as to what was exactly required and they were accurate with their knowledge, without trying to sell me something more than I needed. Well done Water Gardens.”

“I ordered an Aquamax Eco Classic 8500 Pump on Monday 15th September 2014 as my existing Nautilus 8000 had gone faulty over the weekend. I had an idea of what replacement pump I required but the guidance provided over the phone was professional and informative even though at this stage I was still only thinking of a purchase. The order was placed and the pump arrived the following day as promised (Subject of course to carrier meeting obligations). “The guys at Water Garden have such an in-depth knowledge of their products. As a Landscape Gardener we find their help invaluable when at the planning and costing stage. It's not just the sale of a product you get but the whole thought process from calculations right through to installation methods. They also have a great range of low voltage garden and aqua lighting which we have used several times. The latest of which will be installed this week. In short they provide a first class service that is hard to find and are genuinely nice people who have a passion in what they do. 10/10”

“I was really impressed with the service. Extremely professional. Above all, I made an order on Thursday afternoon and I received the good the next day, Friday at 12:05.
