“The cable between solar panel and battery was cut by a visiting gardener, and although repaired using a junction box, supplied by this company, the fountain refused to work. I returned the panel, battery and fountain to Water Garden and in due course received back the fully functioning items, without charge. I find this level of srrvice, combined with courteous staff, impressive. David Thomas”

“I love this company! I had spent hours on the phone trying to find a low maintenance filter for our large pond. Everyone, including Oase themselves, said it couldn't be done. A couple of people just tried to sell me anything. Finally contacted Waterworld who solved the problem. Two Filtomatic self cleaning filters running side by side. They are in and doing a great job. My husband is thrilled with his 60th birthday present. I am thrilled to have found this company. And we both promise never to go anywhere else for pond products.”
