“I went to see Andy after speaking with him on the phone, he kept things very simple and made it very easy for me to understand. I was having major issues with my pond and keeping the water healthy for my KOI. i was recommended the BIOSMART 30000 set, after installing this the results were nearly instant, water started to clear and fish became very active. I am looking forward to seeing the bottom of my pond again!! This is was all possible from the expert advice from Andy at Water Garden and i would highly recommend him. Dont be duped by high street guys, as i first was, go to Water Garden and get good, sound expert advice. Thanks again. Lee”

“Wow, what a very professional company, it was a pleasure to deal with Water Gardens & I would make sure that I purchase from them again, in fact after the excellent service and advice that I received from the team I went ahead and ordered the same order that I first purchased. The lights turned out to be what I wanted and the sealed rain protective boxes are fab and hold both the transformer & remote receiver, also each separate orders arrived on the day that I requested them to arrive on. “Service was fantastic. My UV filter was delivered the next day. The guy from Water Garden was very patient and very knowledgeable and on the phone to me for ages. His advice was excellent and will definately go back to these people. I now have a fabulous clear pond.”

“Excellent service. I could not fault it. My pond pump and filter failed yesterday. Today I received a replacement part which I have fitted enabling me to get it working again near enough in 24hours. I initially thought the pump would have to be replaced, but having contacted the company for advice they had the part I needed in stock, dispatched same day. Really helpful and knowledgable on the product I have.”

“It's not difficult to find people who are expert in their specific niche market, but if you have a project that requires the integration of several technologies from different suppliers, finding answers to questions of compatibility can be much more difficult. After years of trying to get those answers, I found Andy at Water Garden a real breath of fresh air, and the fount (no pun intended) of all necessary knowledge!”
