“Although the item I ordered was not in stock I received several phone calls explaining this and when it would be in stock and despatched. This was very much appreciated and I did receive the item when promised.”

“Very helpfull on the phone. I did not know if the pond light would be bright enough so they sent it to me on a 14 day return option if it did not suit. I was also able to arrange a later delivery date as I was to be away for three days.”

“Excellent initial service and delivery on pond fountain set. When delivery pipe broke after 18 months (outside warranty period) they gave prompt replacement free of charge. Speak to Andy for any help and advise that you need. Great company to deal with.”

“What a brilliant company, found them on the net, I took a bottle of my green pond water with me, spoke to Andy who sat me down, explained all about the eco system of pond water, and why my pond was green! no hard sell at all, loads of good advice, show around the store, now I know of their extistance, will be going back for all my pond requirements, Thanks Andy...”

“Items ordered were despatched and received within 2 days. I ordered a solar pond pump and solar panel. The details for the solar pump recommended which solar panel to use which was very useful. It would have been better if a "flyer" had been included showing how to wire up the connection between the pump and the solar panel as they do not match.”

“Ordered various pipe fittings and a spray head. The quoted pipe bore measurements bore little relation to the actual sizes of the fittings and a bodge involving gaffer tape was needed to make them work.”
