“I've been delighted with the service provided by Water Garden in the past. This time I wanted a very small part and almost felt it wouldn't be worth asking for, but I received fantastic service.from a gentleman called Elliot and although my purchase was a small one, I felt I was treated as though I'd orderded something worth hundreds of pounds. Brillaint service: thank you.”

“the service was very good the person that i spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable . the thing that let the whole thing down was that, along with the machine there was meant to be a £20 voucher that never came , i bought it for the company that i work for , now they think that i must of had it , that part of the service let it down not that i wanted the voucher but it would have been nice to give it to the team i work with regards KEVIN SCANLON”

Hi Kevin. the Gift Vouchers are supplied in the form of a unique code via email, so you can use this on your next order in the checkout. We don't send paper vouchers as these get lost very easily in the packaging. We always send the Gift Voucher code through shortly after the order has been despatched, so do check your inbox. “was unsure what to order on line so made a phone call, the sales person was very very helpful and whilst on the phone helped me make sure I ordered the right stuff on line (as it was quicker to) received the goods the next day. excellent all round service, will use again for sure.”

“I phoned for advice about my pond, which is long and narrow. The potential problem with lack of circulation in the part of the pond distant from the pump was highlighted. Several solutions were proposed and after further thought I made my order. The service was excellent. Not only was my first concern dealt with, but other potential problems were highlighted.”

“Searched high and low for Citronella outdoor oil lamps and found just what I wanted on the Water Garden site so I placed an order. Response was excellent. The item was delivered within 48 hours by courier at no extra charge as I spent over £50. No more expensive than other sites I found selling the same item, but here I got a free litre of lamp oil included. Great service and quality item. Highly recommended seller.”

“Happy Fish - Happy Customer I have spent ages trying everything I could think of to get my pond as clear as it used to be. I have a Filtoclear 6000 and despite the internal filters looking OK Andy and Elliott recommended replacing them. Picked them up the same afternoon and lo and behold a perfectly clear pond 24 hours later. Great Advice and Great Service Peter”

“When I missed the deadline for next day delivery I called Water Garden direct as I was desperate to get my liner for the weekend. The store man (sorry I have forgotten his name) bent over backwards to get my order onto the Fedex van. It arrived the next day, in the morning, no less! I was truly impressed with this service! This is a great opportunity to say thank you.”

“I've had been going to local garden centres, For my pond products. Then I got a computer and started searching on line for companies that sold pond products. And came across Water- Gardens.co.uk. Best move I ever did. Not only brilliant service, Order one day, Receive the next and p/p free. But the prices are on average £20 plus cheaper For Fountains pumps etc than Garden centres. So thank you I'll be back soon. Mike Collins.”
