“ongoing project over 4 - 5 months, have ordered parts for our water feature as the the builder has requested the components for each stage, have to say that the support and advice from water garden has been exceptional. Not the cheapest but the quality and support is second to none, you get what you pay for.”

“Very pleased with the filter which arrived promptly and in good condition. The Oase Biomaster 250 filter itself was easy to install and is very quiet, much more so than the Fluval 305 filter it replaced. The priming button worked an absolute treat as well. In my old filter I had to use a valve to manually pump the water into the filter until it was full. With the priming button you just push it a couple times to get the water flowing and then it just fills itself up, so much easier. The ability to easily remove the pre-filter cylinder to clean out the worst of the muck without needing to get into the whole thing is also a huge time saver. Very pleased all in all and I think worth the extra over the newest Fluval equivalent.”

“The products are great - very good quality. It would have been helpful if we had known that the underlay came in sections. As it was we only needed half of what was ordered, although the workforce used it all by making a double layer!”
