“I have recently purchased the inspire 3 door set. The set came complete doors,frame & all the necessary hardware even a couple of drill bits to drill the holes in timber & brickwork. I must say my dealings with Vufold has been excellent all round, Best regards Mr H.Barrett”

“We are only too pleased to review our bifolding door. It is of very good quality and the service from Vufold was excellent and helpful from the start, right through to delivery. Our carpenter fitted it fairly easily and it looks as good as the product promised on line. If we have one small minus, its that the doors need finishing, such as with varnish. We would have preferred the option to have had this done at source. That aside, we are extremely pleased.”

“I was a bit nervous ordering such a big item online. The product looks exactly as per the website photo. Great service and good quality door! I paid for the express delivery and received our folding door within the specified timeframe. Costumer service were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Vufold! Our fitter was also impressed by the quality and price.”

“The doors arrived as expected but instead of the two person delivery team it was only the driver that did the delivery, which meant I was second person. The driver was reasonably helpful but was feeling tired by the time we had offloaded the doors & frame. It would have been more helpful if it had been made clearer in the instructions that depending on whether the doors were to be set as either right or left hand opening made a difference which way up they had to be fitted. The packaging was marked 'this way up' but that was only for a left hand fitting. Unfortunately I required a right hand fitting which meant turning them upside down. I was also not left with a delivery note as the driver only had his copy which I had to sign and which he kept.”

Thank you for your feedback. Vufold offer a 2 man home delivery service however if we have a 1 man route available enabling a quicker delivery, we will offer this as an option via text message for you to accept or decline. We will review our instructions regarding the labelling and rotating of the doors to see if we can make it clearer. Our delivery company do not leave copies of delivery notes.

Thank you for your comments relating to your recent purchase of a tin of oak finish. The correct item should have been sent to you and we are sorry this did not happen, a replacement tin of oak finish was dispatched the next working day however nobody was at the address provided to take delivery. With smaller individual items only, for speed we use a courier such as TNT. The item should not have arrived damaged, apologies this has happened and a Vufold representative will be contacting you shortly to arrange for a new tin of oak finish to be sent out to you.

“Our 14ft doors look fantastic. It took our builder a day and a half to install them. These were the first Vufold doors he had fitted and he found the weight of the triple glazed doors hard to manage. My tip - find a builder who has fitted them before. Our builder has learnt loads from fitting our doors and future customers will benefit from his experience in fitting our doors.”

“I live locally to your showroom and received excellent information and attention. I am registered disabled and struggled a little with stairs to the showroom. The 4.8meter set was delivered within five days and were fitted in one day. They work easily and look great.”

“First Class. Key to my initial decision to purchase my 7' Oak Bi-folding doors was the on line Video. My doors look / operate & glide as shown on the video. It took approximately 5 hours to hang the doors. all instructions and components clearly itemised and labelled. Top quality parts. I fitted an RSJ across the opening (Extended the width of opening). I don't anticipate any issues due to the quality of parts supplied. Steve Howard CoDurham”
