Francesca follows up telephone enquiries with an email ensuring that the enquiry have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I communicated with the company by email and telephone.”

“Bought the 3 door fold flat version and installed it myself as a DIYer. The purchase and delivery both were very straightforward. Installation was made a little more complicated than it could be because the installation instructions were not always detailed enough at points. That said it only took about 6 hours from start to finish due to everything being machined ready for each fitting. We are delighted with the quality and appearance”

A lengthy installation can soon make the overall package more costly, so your point will be very helpful to others weighing up their options. “Really please with the order process and delivery lead time. One glass panel was found broken on delivery and now awaiting a replacement being sent - which I hope is dealth with as well as the original order.”
