“Very pleased with our Oslo door with sidelights. The ordering and delivery process was very clear and simple. Excellent communication from the delivery company too. We have had the door installed by our carpenter which took two days, including removal of our existing door, sidelights and frame. Looks great!”

“Ordered the white 2 door internal 1.2 meter wide bi-folds. Delivery was quick with a 2 man crew and everything was packed well with clear labelling. The ordering for the size was confusing, the website gave a opening of 120 CMS but the drawing and instructions gave a opening of 119 CMS. The doors and frame seems of good quality with the frame having a plastic coating, the carpenter and myself agree there is one design flaw which is the plastic flimsy frame screw pop on covers, we think this let the overall design down and should of been pop in wooden plugs, that's the only negative.”

Hi Stephen, Thanks so much for your detailed review and for sharing the images – the finished installation looks fantastic! 😊 We’re really pleased to hear that delivery was smooth, and that both you and your carpenter are happy with the overall quality of the doors, frame and finish. You are correct, the website does state a 1200mm opening size, but the frame is designed 10mm smaller (1190mm) to allow for fitting and wall tolerances – this is also shown in the manual. As for the screw cover caps, they’re part of the free installation kit and completely optional. If a different finish is preferred, your joiner can easily create wooden plugs using the frame material. Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback. Warm regards, The Vufold Team

“These are my third Vufold product and my repeat business is proof of my satisfaction with Vufold. Very pleased with the value and quality of the products. They are straight forward to install if you are a confident DIY'er. Just take your time and digest the instructions which are clear and straightforward. They emphasis the importance of getting your opening in the wall correct before installation which you need to do. I had an issue with some incorrect parts delivered. the Aftercare team (special shout out to James) were brilliant at resolving this. Highly recommend the product and Vufold”

“What a fantastic company. We had an issue with some damage to the door we ordered but hadn't noticed until after delivery. The company went above and beyond what they needed to in order to rectify the situation. My advice check check check upon delivery.”

“We purchased oak-framed bifold doors, having reviewed the market and decided these were the best offer. Vufold were very helpful with some queries before we made the purchase. I also had a query after installation which was sorted out very promptly. The doors are well designed and well made. We had them fitted by professionals and they were impressed. We are really pleased with the results - they look beautiful and work beautifully too.”

The team also liaised directly with our builder which was really helpful when it came to measuring, delivery and installation.”

“Excellent quality and great delivery times. I would strongly suggest that a small bottle of touch up paint be supplied with the white prepainted kits. If not then add the correct RAL code to the website and fitting instructions. I had to phone Vufold and talk to customer care to asertain this information, which they supplied quickly and accuratly. The smallest amount I could purchase, to finish the instalation, the same day was one litre at £22. The strike plate for the door latch was the only let down, poor metal finish and looks very cheap and out of place next to the chrome handles.”
