“I was very impressed with this service. The doors we purchased arrived really quickly and the delivery driver was very helpful in arranging a suitable time to drop off the doors. Everything you could need for fitting has been included. Very happy.”

“So pleased with our aliminium sliding doors. The service from the brilliant team in Macclesfield was fantastic and responsive. Our doors are stunning, fit perfectly and arrived on time. The team also liaised directly with our builder which was really helpful when it came to measuring, delivery and installation.”

“Excellent quality and great delivery times. I would strongly suggest that a small bottle of touch up paint be supplied with the white prepainted kits. If not then add the correct RAL code to the website and fitting instructions. I had to phone Vufold and talk to customer care to asertain this information, which they supplied quickly and accuratly. The smallest amount I could purchase, to finish the instalation, the same day was one litre at £22. The strike plate for the door latch was the only let down, poor metal finish and looks very cheap and out of place next to the chrome handles.”

“Extremely pleased with the purchase and delivery process. Frankie was really helpful in the delivery process. Had to wait a few weeks for the patio doors to get made, however this was clearly displayed when purchasing and I was called a few days later to discuss delivery so it was all in the expected time. Would definitely recommend. I bought the 5m aluminium patio doors, haven't had them installed yet but they look amazing from what I can see.”

“Delivery time was a little delayed (due to Bank holiday weekend) but apart from that no issues at all.I fitted these myself -but really a two person job ,I am an experienced diy`er so bear this in mind.If there were improvements to make I would say some sort of instructions on paper to read, clean off the metal particles from the test fit as these were everywhere ,risking scratching the powder coating , stickers on the doors numbering them ,arrows on the doors indicating top and outside face and give an option of screws when ordering as not everyone fits them into concrete /brick openings . The amount of sealant supplied is very very marginal for the job too.They open and close easily and smoothly though .All in all they seem a decent product.”

There should have been a paper copy of the instructions in the hardware box, which also helps with the door facing configuration. We apologise if these were missing, as they are issued as standard with all our door sets. Thank you for your feedback regarding the fixings and sealant. We do supply a free fitting kit to cover most installation scenarios, but we'll certainly look into your suggestions for improvement. “Excellent! Really helpful and well informed sale staff. Like wise the team who organised the delivery and indeed the delivery person as well. I installed the sliding patio doors myself with the help of a more experienced friend and it took us about 5 hours. As always the preparation took far longer but getting the aperture exactly right is everything. The doors helpfully came with a fixing pack but I would recommend buying a longer 6.5mm HSS and 6.5mm SDS drill bits than the ones provided because it is impossible to drill at right angle to the frame without the drill chuck rubbing against the frame with the sstandard bits. Also the instructions said to use the glazing shims when in installing the glass but there weren't any in the pack ( there were enough normal shims in the pack provided and they seemed to do the job). Having drilled the holes I would also recommend covering them with a couple of inches of masking tape so that after screwing in the silicone dipped screws you can pull of the tape and the excess silicone rather than having to try and clean the frame later, a long and messy alternative!”

“Really impessed with the service, communication & quality product from Vufold. Thier customer service called to let us know they could deliver our order eailier than we expected & the delivery driver called 30 min before he arrival to let us know he was on his way. We're having the door fitted by a pro capenter, who commented on the quality producted we had purchsed & the refinishing kit supplied if you need to trim the door to fit!”
