“Doors arrived on time , I've not fitted them yet but they seem to be good quality and very solid . I wish there had been a 'beech' as well as 'oak 'option as trying to stain them a beech colour has been tricky . Also the plastic film protecting the glass from staining while applying the vanish did not work as they were poorly fitted and not flush with the wood . I say either fit them well or not at all . Apart from that I'm sure I will be very happy when they are fitted .”

“Doors arrived when they were supposed to on time...very good quality and appearance when varnished very good. Fitted by builders and apart from a few standard screws missing, fitting was good and builders were impressed overall. An issue with not able to lock the door due to a fault in the lock system was very quickly and professionally sorted the next day. I would recommend .....also one of builders is going to order doors for himself.”

“Excellent service, even liaising efficiently with the delivery company to arrange a more convenient delivery date/time. Very please with the product...we had it installed by a professional joiner...it was the first time he had installed a product from this company and he was impressed with the quality. Door looks great and does exactly what was required....many thanks.”

“Ordered 4.8 m wide Ultra doors in white/oak. The delivery of the doors arrived on the agreed date. One slight problem, the top and bottom frame section were missing because they would not fit in the van. Eventually managed to re-arrange delivery 1 week later. The doors look good once installed.”

“Excellent service during the selection and purchase process. Unfortunately, I have had mega problems with the reliability of my builders and as such have had to experience a 'parting of the ways' resulting in engaging a new builder to complete my garden room. This has meant unforeseen delay in taking delivery of the 16' and 12' set of bifold doors - the courier firm have been more than understanding and have reserved delivery until I am ready - exceptional service in this day and age! Only hope that the installation and product also meets these high standards....watch this space!!”

“Fantastic service from all the questions I emailed over prior to placing an order for a trifold glazed internal door set to taking delivery was all without any issues and responses were friendly and helpful from sales and customer services. The finesse door set we had installed is beautiful and the attention to detail that made us settle for these doors over any others we saw, for the price we paid was worth every penny. It's a fantastic price for such good quality doors and even the joiners who installed was impressed with them stating they were the best they had seen. They have made such a difference to our home giving it an open modern feeling replacing a dated dark partition. Happy customers!”
