“Delivery was excellent and timely as agreed at order placement. Due to unforeseen circumstances the door had to be stored for a period of several weeks before install. Customer support fully understood. To ensure I had a little more time to check the product a ticket was raised on my behalf. The product was subsequently checked and found to be perfect. Great services. Thanks”

“Excellent value, Our carpenter said they were the best bi-folds he'd ever fitted. Only negative point was that the keys were not very sturdy and bent easily and we have had to have new ones cut, but overall excellent value.”

“From initial phone order to final fitting , everything has proved to be first class , indeed the door quality has exceeded expectations. Small scratch on glass when protective film removed , my fault for not checking 100% at point of delivery.”

“Hi. We ordered the bi-folds on line and everything went very smoothly. We were told that it would take up to 21 days for delivery as we had opted for the standard delivery rather than the express. Delivery of the doors went 100% according to plan. We were kept informed by the couriers as to timing of delivery etc. We have not yet installed the doors but at first glance they look exactly what we wanted. Thus far we are more than happy with the service from Vufold and to now would recommend them on their service. I will review products and up date my review on these once installed. Many thanks. “Really pleased with the doors. The quality is excellent and the instructions for fitting really clear. I took a lot of trouble to make the recess absolutely square and the doors fitted first time with tiny adjustments which are easy to do. Once again delighted with the product, thanks very much.”

“The master doors I purchased were excellent quality and value and the service from our initial visit to the showroom, through to and including delivery was just as good. I would definitely purchase from them again on our next project. The doors look and operate superbly. Many thanks”

“Just been installed so can't say about use and wear but I can say that the lady on the helpline was fabulous, they arrived exactly when they said. They look absolutely fabulous, the oak looks stunning when varnished with the stuff they recommend and they feel solid and expensive. Would definitely recommend this company and product.”
