“Really pleased with the doors. The quality is excellent and the instructions for fitting really clear. I took a lot of trouble to make the recess absolutely square and the doors fitted first time with tiny adjustments which are easy to do. Once again delighted with the product, thanks very much.”

“The master doors I purchased were excellent quality and value and the service from our initial visit to the showroom, through to and including delivery was just as good. I would definitely purchase from them again on our next project. The doors look and operate superbly. Many thanks”

“Just been installed so can't say about use and wear but I can say that the lady on the helpline was fabulous, they arrived exactly when they said. They look absolutely fabulous, the oak looks stunning when varnished with the stuff they recommend and they feel solid and expensive. Would definitely recommend this company and product.”

“All my queries were fully answered whilst shopping for the bifolds. Delivery was prompt but as yet not unpacked as I am a bit behind in my build [not wishing to install these until the building shell is completed to minimise the chance of any accidental damage].”

“Difficult to find any faults at all All communications from the company have been efficient and courteous The quality of the product is excellent at a very competitive price. Every item was well packed and documented and the delivery was as scheduled. Very deserving of the 'very good' rating and highly recommended”

“I phoned up about the care kit. My enquiry was dealt with quickly and politely and I was able to complete the deal for the care kit which arrived a few days later. my only criticism would be the cost of approximately £50. The brush and cloths were not really needed.”

“An excellent product delivered within the time scales promised. The doors were fitted by a carpenter who had no problem following the instructions provided. the only problems encountered were the rebates in the frame were 1mm shorter than the metal strips which fitted them (the carpenter had to extend then to fit which only took a couple of minutes and the bottom latch was difficult to engage when the seals were fitted. Hopefully the seals will give as the newness wears off. Overall very impressed and would recommend them to friends and family.”

“The Vufold company and it's associated product (i.e., the door!) were both very good. The product arrived well packed and complete. The company offers an interest free credit product which is an excellent service and very easy to apply for within it's ordering process. The only thing to be aware of, is that if selecting the interest free option (why wouldn't you?), the delivery dates are extended by another two weeks, as the VuFold will wait for the two week cooling off period to expire before proceeding with the order. This is not unreasonable, however at no point was this made absolutely clear with associated obvious warnings and unfortunately meant that we had a builder on site and no door to install! Avoid the above delivery pitfall and this is an excellent company and product.”

“Excellent service - from initial enquiry to the installation. Very good price and friendly and helpful customer support. Our joiners said they were particularly good quality doors compared to others they have fitted. We saw an amazing improvement in our small lounge, which now opens into a sunroom. The curior delivery went very well, delivered spot on time as planned. A good service we are happy to recommend to others thinking about using Vufold.”

“Everyone at Vufold were very professional and most helpful. I amended the delivery date and it was no issue and the doors/fittings, although not installed as yet, appear to be excellent quality. The instruction manual is first class and I would certainly recommend Vufold in the future.”

“PrOducT excellent , instructions to assemble need serious reviewing.eg Fig 1 Screw and glue frame.......sometime later....Fig 7 place runners in frame... That means unscrewing and ungluing frame. However, we did get everything assembled and found your customer service really good. Would buy from you again. Irene Beager”

“Great quality doors that glide brilliantly. Very pleased. Had a faulty handle but was replaced by vufold without a problem so customer service is excellent. Instructions are easy to follow. Would of given it 5 star service but delivery was a real pain with the wrong doors being given to the delivery company which delayed the delivery date and meant I had someone waste 3.5 hours waiting in for them but was sorted for the next day.”
