“The service was overall very quick, convenience and good. Stephanie Llewelyn was very informative, helpful and kind. The only downside was the delivery company Parcefolce, which neither delivered to the requested site (they dropped it off to the other company division) nor treated the parcel appropriately as they kicked it rather than picking it up (luckily, the items were not fragile). Regardless of the delivery company, the service provided by Vital-Parts was satisfactory.”

“Incredible service. Next day means exactly that. I desperately needed some engine mounts for my jetter. Of course it was Friday at 3 and yet again I had to find a difficult part to source. I ordered the mounts online and noted that delivery was next working day. So I resigned myself to having to delay the engine refit. Imagine my absolute joy when the mounts dropped through the letterbox on Saturday morning. I cannot express how happy I was nor how the exceptional range of mounts made getting the correct one so easy. It would have been a little easier if all the dimensions were put on the part diagrams, as it took me a while to find them. Otherwise I'm really happy.”
