“All very satisfactory: Good to have a choice of products at a reasonable price, and our order was very prompty processed and delivered.”

“Together with some adjustable feet, we ordered 40 off self adhesive felt pads 50mm x 50mm x 2mm, which were out of stock and we were offered an alternative 40mm x 40mm x 2mm. However, later that day we realized there was a better 45mm x 45mm x 3.5mm alternative and sales advised there were 49 in stock, so they emailed customer services to change our order. On checking later this hadn't been done and there were then only 30 left. So we asked customer services for those 30 and the remaining 10 of the 45 x 45 x 2. However, when the package arrived the order hadn't been changed as agreed. Not only that, but we don't appear to have been credited with the difference between the original ordered felt pads and the lower priced ones sent. It's only a few £'s, but nevertheless should have been done, and with the mess-up due to no stock, hasn't got us off to a good start on our first order.”
