“Good website easy to order and goods arrived in good time”

“Ordered two different types of skids. Very easy to follow web pages when ordering and the standard delivery was prompt. The skids are of good quality and easy to fit. The exception was the screw on one of the adjustable skids was not fully formed and unusable. One e-mail to Vital Parts and the replacement was here the next day. Excellent response.”

“Parts that arrived were perfect. There was issue regarding the colour I originally wanted being sold out after my purchase but that was soon rectified by customer service. However I paid £12 for 2 day UK delivery and the part actually took 4 days to arrive. I called the customer service team on the day I expected my delivery and no one was available to connect my call so I left my contact details and reference number but no one got back to me. I am very disappointed that I my call was never followed up by a member of the vital parts team.”
