“We needed some rubber feet for a chair whiuch had slightly different legs back and front. We measured carefully and sent for a sample that we thought might fill the bill. (What a splendid service this is) It did - perfectly. So we ordered three more, which arrived the following day. The postage cost more than the parts - but's not the fault of Vital Parts. The brief letter I was sent was polite and positive. Well done all round.”
