“Delivery seemed a long time in coming, but when I emailed to ask where my little package of Slide and Glide buttons was, the response from Harry Stockford was sympathetic and instant - a new package was sent out at once. I was very pleased and impressed. Of course, the original package arrived on the very day of my enquiry! It was sent back marked "Return to Sender".. I hope it too arrived safely.”

“Some broken parts”

Helpful Report

Hi Sally, firstly please accept our apologies if some of your order arrived broken. From time to time there can be issues with the courier where the package was not handled properly, in these instances we always try to replace the broken/missing items as soon as we are made aware. We've tried to give you a call this morning, however we were unable to get through. If you could send us an email or give us a call, we'll be more than happy to get this sorted for you. Kind regards, Josh B

Helpful Report

Hi Arthea, apologies for the delay with the receipt of your order. The remaining items are on the way to your address, however the courier seems to have placed a delay with the delivery which is why you don't already have them. If you would like us to provide you with the tracking number then please get in touch if it has not already been given. Kind regards, Josh B

“Fir tree plugs were just the job for fixing new polythene sheets to the metal struts of an old wall greenhouse; I' been looking for this fixing for some time. Ordered Monday, delivered Friday I was ready to start, but the plugs were marginally too small (my measurements were off). No matter, returned on Monday right sized replacements delivered on Wednesday- and no repeat delivery charge! Job now done. One word of caution; if the plug is good fit it can't be removed or reused; fortunately I had allowed for one or two mistakes.”
