“Some broken parts”

From time to time there can be issues with the courier where the package was not handled properly, in these instances we always try to replace the broken/missing items as soon as we are made aware. “Fir tree plugs were just the job for fixing new polythene sheets to the metal struts of an old wall greenhouse; I' been looking for this fixing for some time. Ordered Monday, delivered Friday I was ready to start, but the plugs were marginally too small (my measurements were off). No matter, returned on Monday right sized replacements delivered on Wednesday- and no repeat delivery charge! Job now done. One word of caution; if the plug is good fit it can't be removed or reused; fortunately I had allowed for one or two mistakes.”
