“Free sample arrived quickly which confirmed we had made the right choice of part. Follow up order arrived within 2 days of ordering and everything was post free. Furniture feet are well made, easy to install and look like they will last for a long time. What's not to like?”

Apologies Nick, we always aim to get back to customers within 24 hours from the receipt of an email. Unfortunately however, we are unable to find the where-abouts of your enquiry which I believe would have caused this issue. In the meantime I have sent your review over to our customer services team who will look into this and get in touch to organize a resolution, please accept our upmost apologies as we understand your frustrations entirely - Josh, Vital Parts.
